Setting a Schedule-Planning

Setting a schedule has been one of the best things our group is doing because it helps everyone feel prepared and not left behind, especially since we still need to start working on our production proposal as of this week and have it done latest by the 15 or 16th of February since the latest to turn it in is the 19th. By clearly planning out what needs to be done and when, it reduces stress and keeps us focused instead of scrambling at the last minute. Rather than just sharing an online document with due dates, we physically wrote everything down on the pink packet we were given in class, which makes the plan feel more real and harder to ignore. This approach helps keep everyone accountable, and my group also makes sure to keep everyone updated so the whole group always knows what’s going on and what we’re working toward.
